21 Day Walking Challenge Rules
📉 How Challenge Works ✋🏻
- 💪The challenge is designed to motivate participants to walk daily.
✅ Participant must walk more than 5000 steps daily for at least 19 days to be a ‘FINISHER’.
🛑 Participants need to record their daily steps using step tracker app and submit before 11 PM (IST) on same day
🙏🏼 Leader board will be updated by 11 AM next day.
🏁 Participants can see their's and other participants Progress on leaderboard.
How to track & update your daily Steps
- 1. Use a good step tracker applications such as Fit Bit, Google fit, Health etc.
2. Time to submit daily Steps: Before 11:00 PM (IST) on same day
3. Only one entry per day for one participant is allowed.

👣 Daily Step Points 🔎
- Daily Step point will be calculated basis your daily steps. Participant will get points basis the following rules:
1️⃣ For first 5000 Steps, 1 Point will be awarded
2️⃣ After 5000, every additional 1000 Steps will get you 1 Point.
🚫 If the total steps for the day is less than 5000, no point will be awarded for that day.
Example: if you have walked 7600 steps on a day, you will get 3 points (1 point for 1st 5000 steps, and 2 points for the additional 2000 steps)
🏆 Rewards 🏆
📜 E-Certificates: Awarded to all ‘FINISHER’ who will walk more than 5000 steps daily for at least 19 days out of 21.
🎖️FINISHER Medals: All Finisher who wish to receive medals, have to pay 350 INR to receive the medal by courier for Pan India Delivery. For International delivery further charges apply
